The Reading Momster

I am back…

I have been back from vacation for quite sometime but there have been so many things that have happened that I just did not know if I could put all that and my feelings, everything into a post. The problem is the feelings are mixed. πŸ™‚

As they are always are with me…

Well towards the end of last month, I came to know that my department at office is going to be shut down and I will be unemployed from this month. I knew it would happen (as the buisness was so bad) and was prepared for it too, but even with the preparation I feel, shucks, very bad.

We and our family were in a tight spot and very anxious and then by Good Lord’s grace, Β my husband got a new job with better prospects and so my unemployment is no big issue any more. So after one whole month, I am feeling better, happy and I am looking forward to the tomorrow that is going to come. Β I am justΒ gratefulΒ to God for awesome supportive family and a very lovely Hubby, who thinks I can take a break now that he has a better job.

SO you would think I am relaxing and having fun… BUT again a huge NO! There is a small catch in this whole arrangement… this means that we are moving again and I am so sad to leave our lovely home and this beautiful city. We will be moving to Mumbai this month hopefully, hubby is already there. So there is packing and all the tons of things that need to be done.

And in Aarya news, our little boy has turned into a real naughty little thing, especially after his grandparents are pampering him 24X7. He has started picking himself up and walks around holding on to all kind ofΒ stuff. Today he tried to get up using the dinning chair (which is very light-weight) and the chair fell on him. He is fine, luckily for us the chair was light and it didn’t hurt him. It is fun now but he needs someone running behind him all the time.

With all this that has happened, I have Β had little to no time to read… and I truly apologize to all the good people out there, who have been waiting for the reviews of their books to be posted. I am sorry, but I am going to get back to reading and blogging now and I promise the reviews will be up soon.

I hope all of you are having a great time. I will see you at your blogs very soon!

  14. Poor Aarya! I completely understand about the grandparents spoiling him too much. If my parents lived any closer Gage would never cry!
