Fitness!

I really cannot blame my pregnancy for the kilos I have piled on, but it has definitely made it worse. Pre marriage I used to do Yoga and Gym ( totaling 3 hours daily, 6 days a week) and I was very fit that time. But post – marriage I stopped all that and I started to bloat and now I cannot really like what I see in the mirror everyday!

I have been thinking (just thinking!!) of doing something and I know this is a very small step, BUT it is a step and I hope it will motivate me to do more… SO I am joining the 100 Mile Fitness Challenge 🙂

That is I am promising myself to walk 161 kms in 3 m0nths (OMG!) .. I am going to sincerely try!
